Les Simpson

Les Simpson is publisher of the Amarillo Globe-News. The newspaper, along with more than a dozen civic partners, launched a program called Celebrate Education. The initiative was designed to promote the issue of educational attainment raised in the Panhandle Twenty/20 study. He's also served in leadership positions for United Way, Downtown Amarillo Inc. and on the board of the Southern Newspaper Publishers Association.
